01. What is your turn around time for galleries?
All galleries, except for weddings have a 2 week turnaround time. Wedding galleries have a 4 week turnaround timeframe. Clients who are needing their galleries sooner than standard delivery dates, may pay an additional $75 rush fee to have the gallery delivered in 5 days. Wedding galleries are exempt from rush fees.
02. Do you travel for Sessions?
I do! A travel fee applies after the first 30 miles of travel, for a $1 per mile. The travel fee will be added to your contract upon inquiry. For out of state travel, please reach out directly for a custom quote.
03. What if the weather is bad?
Your comfort and the quality of your photos are my top priorities. Because of that, I do not typically shoot in the rain or harsh weather conditions.
I will monitor the forecast closely and keep you updated the day of your session. If the weather is not improving, we will reschedule to a better day so you are not dealing with wind, cold, stress and you will love how your photos turn out.
04. Can we bring our pets to the session?
Yes, pets are welcome at sessions! At this time, I'm happy to accommodate dogs and cats (and possibly horses. Please check with me ahead of time.)
For everyone's safety and comfort, I do ask that pets are well trained, friendly, and kept on a leash or under control at all times. If your pet has any behavioral concerns, prone to jumping, please let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

05. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! I love offering gift cards! They make such a sweet and easy gift for birthdays, holidays, baby showers, or just because. Gift cards can be used toward a photography session and are available in the amount of your choice. Please note that all gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or receive cash back.
06. How far in advance should I book my session?
I recommend booking your family session 1–2 months in advance! This gives us the best chance of finding a date and time that works well for everyone, especially during the busy fall and holiday seasons. If you have a specific date or timeframe in mind, the earlier you reach out, the better!
For maternity and newborn sessions, I recommend booking as soon as possible! These sessions are planned around your due date, so booking early helps ensure I have availability around your preferred timeframe. Newborn sessions are especially best booked during pregnancy so we can reserve a spot on the calendar before your little one arrives!
07. What if I need to reschedule?
No worries! Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to reschedule your session, just reach out as soon as you can and we’ll find another date that works based on my availability. Your retainer can be transferred to your new date one time. If another reschedule is needed after that, a new retainer will be required to secure your new session date.
08. What should we wear to our session?
Neutrals are always a favorite of mine! I love soft, timeless colors like creams, whites, tans, browns, grays, and muted tones. They photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on you and your connection. That being said, the most important thing is to wear something you feel comfortable and confident in! I’m also always happy to help with outfit ideas and styling if you need it.
